Hello! Do you mind explaining what you’re exactly trying to say? That’ll most likely help us both to get to a solution. When I look at the question I’d most likely think you’re saying “My computer is on the voice-over function and frozen!”, could you tell me what OS you’re running? And have you tried turning it off and on again?
