Hello, My friends Samsung galaxy tab 3 is completely dead. The last time she used it she said it was really laggy and slow. When the battery died, she plugged it in and the tablet is completely dead. It is showing NSOL and won’t accept a charge.
@gigabit87898 check the charger, charging port and charging cable. If those are okay, it is time to repalce the battery. Start from there should further troubleshooting become necessary.
