The screen does not respond while I was using this device. I tried to push the power, but nothing happened. Device just frozen, no respond and cannot reboot. Anyone can help this out?
Try holding the power button until it shuts off. Also try and clear some apps that you do not use, as it can clear up memory and improve the device performance.
