RCA Viking Pro tablet keeps turning self off. Battery is fully charged and it still happens. I have only had it for a few months..help!!
Bill Brown, There is a possibility of a bad installed app. Here is info. from 1st link below. Try booting into Safe Mode, which disables all 3rd party apps. Power on tablet, press and hold Power until the Power Off menu appears. if you tablet keeps of turning off it is probably because you have auto shut down. you can change it in setting. if that dose not work it is probably because the battery in the tablet is not good and needs to be repaired.
It’s best to have the warranty as it could be a power surge damage
Thank you my tablet hasn’t turned off since I done that so thank you very much but at different times it would turn off faster or slower So thank you very much!
