Sometimes you try to connect to a wifi, public network, or mobile data in your device and it is not working. Most of the time it might give an error message like: “Can’t connect to Internet” or “Access failed, please connect to Internet.” The first question that comes to mind is: Why is the internet not working?
- Check the internet router to see if it gives online signal; if it is, reboot your tablet to make sure it refreshes to get the most recent updates.
- Turn on and off airplane mode.
- Click on advance setting to see if there is anything wrong or contact your internet provider to make sure that there is no Internet interruption to your system.
- Disable the wifi on your tablet and re-enable it.
- Lastly, rebooting your modem might resolve the whole internet connection issue.
