Good Afternoon Bridget, If the device was powered on when it was dropped into the tub, or was powered up while still wet then there likely has been damage done to the logic board. That would explain why it will no longer power on. Of course before jumping to conclusions you should have an iFixit Certified Tech take a look at it. I hope this helps. Regards, Chris Williams
