Chosen Solution
ok so ive read a few answers in this forum but i havent found anything that helps. I have a tab 3. It suddenly stopped working wouldnt charge etc. i replaced both the charge port and battery and still nothing. Is there something else i could check or replace, id like to get it up and running so i can get my old stuff off it. thanks in advance.
hi michelle, if changing the battery and port didnt help then it could be a problem with the motherboard, like a short or the power chip. someone that deals in microsoldering repairs could possibly fix it for you
