I was working on my switch. I’m not sure if I damaged the LCD or not. When I turn the switch it take a couple minutes the fan spin and nothing pops up beside a light gray dim. I’m not sure if I need to buy a new LCD or not
Sounds like and lcd connection issue as the gray screen your referring to is backlight. You have maybe damaged the lcd connector when putting the ribbon back in or it’s not in correctly.
