Hi, I have 2 white MacBooks. Very nice outside looking condition ICD(mid2006)and a ugly outside looking IC2D (mid2007). Both work fine. I would like to keep the Display and housing of the ICD and install the all good components of the IC2D into it. Short way to put it; Good looking outside with the better interior! Will this work? Thanks for the help!!!!

yes - it will work - but it’s possible that a few connectors are not the same - so in that case - you would have to change the cables too - but thats no real work ;–)
