My sony srs x55 was working fine, 1 month since I get it new. Suddenly there is no bass sound. Everything works fine but no bass. Sony support said me it’s a sealed unit and can’t be repaired.
Diego G check out the guides on here. take a look at the circuit board and the connectors see if you find some obvious damage.
If it’s just one month old, it should still be under warranty. Unless you’ve been doing silly things to the unit - e.g. hit it with a baseball bat - the warranty should cover the problem.
