I cant get a response from my iPhone its stuck showing a multi colored iTunes logo. I has no response to touch and the power button or home button seem to be working. Help
Put it into dfu mode hold power for five seconds. Then continue to hold power and press/hold the home button for ten seconds. Then release the home button and continue holding the power button for another fifteen. The phone will go into black screen. Then you can connect to iTunes, it will find the phone in recovery mode, and you can do a restore, to a backup
