HI I had jailbreak on my iphone 4s IOS 8.4 i wanted to give it to my brother and after i erased the iphone he got stuck on apple logo for about 2 hours so i tried to do a restore. on itunes in the final part of the restore ““restoring iphone’s firmware”” i gives me an error -1 sayind that the iphone cant be restored….. btw, it is trying to restore on ios 9.0.2 how can i solve this? thanks, Miguel
Your device or computer might have a hardware issue that stops the update or restore from completing. Check that your security software and settings aren’t blocking your device from communicating with the Apple update server. Then try to restore your iOS device two more times while connected with a cable, computer, and network you know are good. Make sure that your security software and settings are allowing communication between your device and update servers. If you still see the error message when you update or restore, contact Apple support. If you still see the error message, check for outdated or modified software.
