I’ve tried manual reset, factory reset, I even replaced the battery as per instructed, but it was still stuck, now it’s frozen on a blank screen
Hold Volume Down + Power to boot into recovery mode and try factory resetting it from there. Use volume up and down to navigate the menus. Hope that helped!
Held power and volume keys down comes on then just shows logo nothing else.
