stuck on bootloader screen. when I try to re-boot it just keeps coming back to boot screen
Try a Hard Reset.
Is the operating system stock Android that came with your phone? If you installed a custom ROM, sometimes they can cause your phone to “boot loop” like that. Most of the time using a different kernel will solve the problem. That only applies if you’re not using the stock operating system, though.
If you rooted the phone go into the root menu: With celll off hold down button volume tap power on while holding down. Go to recovery do a wipe cache then go to advance and do a wipe cache in your selected rooted. MOST of the time this will repair the problem.
