hello i bought an iphone second hand and when i try to put it on the apple logo comes there for about 5 seconds and straight after that it goes to a black screen for about 20 seconds then goes off…i tried to connect it to a computer but it just discovers it as an apple phone but itunes did not find it….i have read that it may be the battery…please help me
Hi Try to restore your phone It’s definitely gonna end the problem When it’s on , keep your fingers pressing the home and lock buttons till the itunes logo appers on your computer
