my i phone start update from 10.1 to 10.2 during i was sleeping and i dont know maybe batter wasnt full or there was no enough space the iphone stuck in a white screen with logo in i try to update with i tune try to restore but with out any progress every time i connect to i tune and select update or restore the i tunes start extracting the frimwire and before start updating the phone disconect from the i tunes and get error 3013/3014/ if the memory is full how can i delete some and the iphone dont run
I have an iPhone 6 in the shop that has exactly this problem and under essentially the same circumstances. BTW, I believe you meant error 4013/4014. I tried everything on that device, including resets, DFU, disconnecting all modules like camera and sensors, replacing Tristar and reballing the NAND. Perhaps others will have additional ideas but in my case, everything points to a corrupt NAND. This requires that it be reformatted with a NAND programmer. You may want to try all of these things as well but your best bet is to find a shop that offers NAND formatting/re-programming; they will have more experience with this kind of problem.
