Hi, I got a problem with iPhone 6. It keeps restarting automatically after 2 seconds. After that I try to upgrade to the new iOS and it works for 5 seconds and restart again. I leave it for a while then it automatic turn on and stuck in the white screen with Apple Logo. After that I never can turn my phone on again. I tried to connect to the computer and start it in DFU mode. The iTunes reconigned the phone under recovery mode, I hit restored and it stuck in Waiting For iPhone forever, can’t get out of it. Please let me know what was the problem is? Thank you, Steven

That means your iPhone turns to brick. May I know your iOS version? You can try to flash your iPhone to the latest version with itunes or itunes alternatives. Here, How to Restore A Disabled iPhone Using 3uTools?|http://www.3u.com/tutorial/articles/180/…] This tutorials will help you.

I don’t want to be the bearer of bad news, but error 9, 4005, 4013, 4014 can be indicative of NAND errors (data corruption). Are you using genuine Apple Lightning cables? Have you tried this on more than one computer? Is iTunes updated to the latest version? If you are lucky, this may sort out your problem. Try the following: Use only a genuine Apple Lightning connectorUse only a genuine Apple charging brick and let it charge overnightTry a hard reset (Home & Power button for 10 secs)Try to connect it to different computers with iTunes (updated to the latest version) if possiblePut the phone in recovery mode (search DFU Mode). Careful, this can reset your data so only do it if you have a backup.Download 3uTools and flash the same version (or newer) of iOS on your device If you want to get deeper, disconnect the screen assembly and see if makes a difference. Sometimes, the front camera flex (with proximity and ambient light sensors) can cause issues. Otherwise, you may have a logic board issue. If you are uncomfortable doing these steps, consider finding a repair shop to do the troubleshooting. A shop that also does micro-soldering can go deeper if the problem is not modular in nature.

I have the same issue with my iphone 5 stuck on itunes error 4013 and 3U tool error -2. After several attempts including changing the screen, DFU mode, etc… I finally found out that the issue came from the front camera/ sensor unit. I replaced this unit with a new cable and the phone can then be restored through itunes or 3U tool. Hope this help anyone with the same issue.
