My Samsung S6 is stuck in UPSM and I don’t get the “app info” logo and I only have limited access to settings. I think my problem started with a memory issue but now I cannot access files or my gallery to create more space…I have tried moving google now, as suggested elsewhere, but even do that. Any suggestions how to get disable UPSM or how to access my gallery?
