Hi, I’ve been a bit of an idiot and stripped the bottom two screws on the plate that goes over the screen connectors on the main board. I’ve tried rubber band and super glue and I can’t seem to put in a notch with a Stanley knife. Does anyone have any tips to remove thes screws? It would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
You’ve already tried the two most popular tricks…you could try something like this extractor set. My concern here is that if they were stripped because you previously torqued them in too hard, you may have damaged the logic board underneath the standoffs.
