Chosen Solution

Hi all, Recently I bought a second hand MacBook. The machine works as it should, but I need to replace a couple of things. I want to replace the black hinge cover on the LCD. But before replacing it, I need to remove the screws holding it. I removed all the screws, but one of them is very damaged. The star shape is a circle… How can I get that piece of nightmare out of his place? Thanks in advance!

Update (09/25/2016) Solved! I used a dremel tool to make a straight cut and removedthe screw with a screwdriver
