Hello, When someone calls to my phone (iOS 9.3.3, update: it is 10.3.3), a strange on-top screen appears above slide-to-unlock screen (could see the slide-to-unlock in beneath)
- It does not allow me to touch everything below it. The screen in black and has 3 texts in blue: Back at top left, Cancel at bottom left and Accept at bottom right.Nothing happens if touching on those 3 buttons or press Home button. Sometimes, I have to wait for few seconds so the strange screen disappears then I can slide to unlock and receive the phone call. Sometimes, the screen just stucks there forever and I have to turn off then turn on the screen again with Sleep button, press Home button to eliminate the screen. Does it happen to anyone? Do you have any solution? I tried hard reset several times but it does not work. This is an international edition (could work with every SIM). Thanks!
It sounds like a bug on the software on the phone. 9.3.3 is currently not the latest version of iOS on the phone so I suggest updating it to the latest one which is 10.3.3. You can do this either on your phone settings under Software Update (use Wifi) or via the iTunes application on a computer with the phone plugged in. Edit: Looks like a replacement Sim Card has fixed the issue for OP. Very strange but fixed! :)
