Chosen Solution
I just purchased a new samsung washing machine and I started using it this afternoon. Auto cycle not working. After washing, the machine will stop at 27mins then rinse botton is blinking but not pushing thru the entire cycle. I tried restarting several times. Still the same. It will stop at wash cycle. I had to manually do the rinse+spin. Unfortunately, the same problem occurs. After rinsing it will not automatically go to spin cycle
Tina Bambi Villegas since it is a new washer everything should still be under warranty. I’d call the vendor etc. where you got the machine from and start a warranty claim.
