‘‘‘I bought the Power Lead Puto PLD003 Camera at the end of August. I was so happy to receive my camera. I Charged my camera read all the instructions. The camera worked for three days before it stopped doing anything. When I went to go film some footage for that day my camera was acting fine. When I went to go record another video so I will be ahead of time, my camera wouldn’t do anything. It wouldn’t record ,take a pic nothing. I have hit the record button as many time as I can count nothing happens. I don’t know what else to do. I really need an answer to help fix my camera. My camera wont do anything at ALL! Thank You
Hi, If your camera is not working, not even switching on, even after having recharged the battery etc, I suggest that since the product carries a manufacturer’s 12 month warranty from the date of purchase, that you verify that the warranty period is still valid and then consult the warranty documentation that came with the camera as to what you have to do to make a claim for a warranty repair or replacement.
