Does the SE 2022 still use the same display module as the iPhone 8?
From what I’ve gathered through research, the SE 3 is electrically compatible with the iPhone 8 screens but the flex cables are slightly different lengths so it may not seat correctly in the device housing https://youtube.com/shorts/fGHDmA2Fx8E?f…
Update: While the iPhone 8 screen works with the SE 2020, and the SE 2020 screen works with the SE 2022, the iPhone 8 screen may or may not work in the SE 2022. Source
It cant be used. I have used an iPhone 8 / SE 2020 LCD and it will not touch and the screen will not display correctly
iPhone 8 screens can be used on 2020 SE without a problem. However, the SE screen on an iPhone 8 will lose 3D Touch.
