My fire stick seems stuck on Prime movies, etc, & won’t let me into Netflix. We only subscribe to Netflix. We do not subscribe to Prime. Thank you Update (10/10/2017) Why won’t my fire stick let me switch from Prime to Netflix? We subscribe to Netflix only.
It looks like getting out of Prime is the problem, but this might help. It looks like you’ll need to go to the home screen, then search and download Netflix. If it is indeed a problem with the Fire Stick, this help page may be a good jumping-off point. Good luck!
