My nissan just started doing this. The cruise control as well as all the options on my steering wheel just stopped working a couple days ago. This morning my horn will only work if I am almost or fully stopped and the air bag light just started flashing.
Did you try searching for Nissan forums then sub groups for Rogue members? Many use online forums to share problems, maintenance, ideas, mods, etc, with other owners having the same model. Free online help is second to none compared to paying for dealer ore repair shop services. Did you check the easy things like blown fuses in the engine bay or inside the cabin?
