Hi, So I fixed a water damaged iphone 6s,changed screen, battery, charging port and WiFi antenna and removed a shorted cap, the phone works perfect apart from when I make a call the person on the other end can hear static, Any ideas would be great. Thanks Andy
test using voice memos. if you can record voice memos with no static sounding then the mics are okay and the fault likely lies with something in the network capabilities. maybe a new antennae but more likely board damage caused by the water
