Hello i have an iPhone 11 with cracked screen and static/crackling noise on phone call, the other caller hears the crackling noise (not the person making the call from this phone) I replaced screen fine and I noticed the ear piece by the front camera had some damage so I replaced it also but problem still persists. I see there is a loud speaker on the bottom portion of the phone, could something in this component be the problem? thanks
There are microphones and speakers on the dock flex assembly. If the other end hears crackling, that is the component you need to replace. Do your research before purchasing as these assemblies have sensors in them. I would recommend sourcing an original pulled from another board.
