Solved Ssd Failed To Restore Solid State Drive

APFS failed to invert. OSS Error 22 Update (02/14/2019) Mac mini (Late 2014) running Mojave (10.14.3). I was able to clone the drive with the Carbon Copy Clone app. I’ll know today if it was successful after I install it. Thanks Jonah

Success! The SSD is up and running.

Disk Utility no longer works with APFS file systems for restoring/cloning devices. Using a Time Machine backup or Target Disk Mode on an old computer are the only ways to transfer data.
