My MacBook Air (13-inch, Early 2015) Model No. A1466 has died. Not powering up. Tried everything but no luck. Is there a cable and adapter which can help me recover my data from the SSD? I need to find out the exact name of the cable and adapter that I can buy in India. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Update (08/17/2020) Dan, thanks for the link to the product info. Great for spotting Sloth Bears, Leopards and some rare birds. Not so great for fixing MacBooks :) If you were around Delhi, you might have visited Corbett National Park perhaps. So I tried what you suggested Dan. Disconnected the battery, took out the SSD, attached a USB drive and tried to power it on. The light of the USB drive turned on when I press the power button on the MBA, but no blinking question mark on the screen. Nothing. Simply refuses to power on. Any other steps I could try to attempt to identify the problem?
