Hello, i droped the phone and the screen stoped work, i changed to another one, but now if i touch a little bit harder that part of the screen turned white and then went back to normal, what could be?

It will be the LCD panel that is damaged. The outer glass surface of the iPhone 4 and 4S is the digitizer (or touch panel), and the LCD sits just below that. The backlight and image are to do with the LCD though, so if you replaced the LCD unit it will be fine (unless its working again now… it could have just been a loose connection between the LCD and logic board which was rectified when you put pressure on it)
