speedometer works when it wants RPM gauge works just fine. could the wires on the sensor be loose? Where is the sensor located? 1995 Honda Accord 5 speed thank you
Best bet is to replace the speed sensor . You need to remove the air cleaner and look down on the back side of the motor where the motor meets the gearbox . Under the distributer and the water hoses on the gearbox http://breebamboo.ipage.com/archive/imag… Hope this helps
There’s a good chance your speed sensor is going bad, specifically the speed control sensor. I had the same issue in mine. So…what Jimfixer up there said
