Hi All I’m hoping someone can help me. I have an iphone 6 and i dropped the phone. Screen is fine, but the vibration, head phone jack and loud speaker no longer work. Ear speaker, microphones and cameras all work fine. Any ideas what is causing the issue? I had the screen replaced about 3 months ago and has worked absolutely fine until i dropped it again… Thanks Dave
The common denominator here is the Lightning Port Flex. It may have been damaged or partially disconnected after the drop. I would use this guide to inspect all of the elements. Does the phone charge and connect to iTunes? You may need to replace the flex if it is damaged but it might just be a question of re-aligning everything.
