Other person can’t hear me while I’m using the speaker When talking on my iPhone 6 on speaker the other party can’t hear me. I’m told I sound like I’m in the other room, not half a meter away from the phone. Talking up close to the phone in normal non speaker mode works just fine. I do a lot of driving and rely on using my phone hands free whilst driving. I’ve just had the screen professionally replaced (as needed it that day) and there is no water damage. I’ve done a hard reset It has the latest IOS update. Happy to replace any microphone if I can confirm with someone which microphone and what exact part to order. Any ideas please? Thank you

The issue is most likely the repair shop did not align the front camera microphone behind top of the screen (located at the earpiece speaker grill) correctly. Or Forgot to remove the protective film cover that is used for the adhesive on the front camera microphone. I recommend taking it back to the repair shop you got it fixed from, it sounds like a minor issue that can be fixed on the spot.
