Hi, I have an iPhone 6 that was water damaged a few years ago. It’s still functioning well except that the hadphone jack and loud speaker doesn’t work. I don’t really care about the headphone jack but ordered a replacement speaker online. First after replacing it I was able to get the speaker to work for a few seconds but after a while it stopped. I opened it up again to check the connections but can’t see any corrosion. Is there anything else I could try replacing? //Johan

A water damaged iPhone 6 will eventually fail as the corrosion takes hold. In the meantime I would replace the charging dock connector. They are only a couple of dollars and will probably bring your sound back. While you have the phone open I would lightly scrub the logic board with 99% Isopropyl alcohol.

Its broken. take the storage out and put it in a new phone. you cant fix it.
