Chosen Solution

I have rebooted my tv and still no sound. Picture is great. No audio even after reboot. Brand new box and remote! Help!

IN order to provide any reasonable guidance the following information is required:

  1. Make and model of the TV
  2. How is the cable box connected to the TV
  3. Did this work for a while and stop or has it never worked. Dan
