When I plug in the earphones I can still hear music from the ipod. It happened once or twice before but I cant remember what I did to correct it.
Dianne, try to reinsert and remove the headphones a couple of times in rapid succession. I think what is happening is that the contact in your audio jack is not properly releasing. If you have had this happen before, I would start thinking about replacing it.
