My Hisense TV Model 40H20D has Sound but not Picture. I can see Picture in the Dark Room with the help of Flash Light. Please Help How to Fix It.
@a.r. could be a power board issue. Since you are seeing the picture when indirectly lit, I’d check on that first. Remove the power cable and remove the back. Take a look at all the cables and makes sure that they are properly connected. Then take a look at the power supply. Check for bulging leaking or otherwise damaged capacitors. Check the fuses on the power board for continuity. Check the T-con board as well. there should at least be one fuse on it.
