I also have this problem but wen i use my bluetooth pods it works soons i press phone speaker it restarts n gets stook on apple logo loop??
If your phone reboots right after you do a call and this was after a screen replacement the front camera assembly needs to be replaced due to damaged proximity sensor. And take note that there is kinda a high level defect rate for front cameras so you may need to try more than one assembly if it doesn’t work still.
