I have this issue with my XBR55X900E. Symptoms are - Nothing comes up in Display (Backlight is working!). Absolutely no screen damage (At least no visible damage!!) Hearing sounds (Looks like the Welcome music that comes after doing factory reset). I can also hear the sound if I try to navigate randomly using the remote control. I have purchased the TV repair Kit for this from ShopJimmy and replaced all the boards - MotherBoard, LED Driver, TCon, JK3. Downloaded latest driver software from Sony website, loaded in a thumb drive and done Factory reset multiple times. Still the same issue. What could be the problem? Requesting experts advice here. Thanks in advance!!
Hi @karthick85, Can you view the OSD menus? Does this happen with all input types? Here’s the service manual for the TV. Go to p.36 onwards to view all the No Picture troubleshooting flowcharts and see if they help
