The Zoom on the camera does not fully extend from the camera body, one side is trying to extend and one has very limited movement. what to do.
kioski2002, sounds like that lens may have popped of the guides or similar. For a generic repair you may want to check here, different camera, same idea. Most of the time so, you may have to replace the lens, but give it a try anyway.
