The Sony CD/DVD DVP-C660 door (tray) will not open. I have tried all the reset suggestions and still nothing. On button turns green and lights up for 1 second, then turns red. When pushing just the exchange disc skip button, I get a humming noise. No other buttons make any connection that I can hear or see. I don’t think there is a CD inside. One was stuck but I got it out. Any advice?
