when I press some keys on keyboard they do not work but if I use the on screen keyboard it works fine. What is the problem?
@valerie15 that is usually related to a failed keyboard. Try an external USB keyboard and see if that work. If it does I suggest that you replaced your laptop’s keyboard. If you give us the model of your Compaq, I am sure we can find out how to do the replacement
