Chosen Solution
I was replacing the battery, and since I was careless some isopropyl alcohol got between the display and the digitizer. The incident happened 5 days ago. At the beginning it seemed like it was getting better, i guess the alcohol stuck inside evaporated, but three days after the incident the situation looked like the second photo, and it stopped improving. Could it be permanently damaged and I need to replace it, or there’s just alcohol left and it will eventually evaporate all? RIGHT AFTER THE INCIDENT

@aale09 it may still improve some more. For now I would just continue to use your phone. If it has not improved in a few weeks, and if it bothers you to much, you may have to replace the display assembly. For now, just run with it. iPhone 6s Screen Replacement
