Today by accident I spilled water on my laptop’s keyboard and some buttons stopped working/not displaying in a type bar. Sometimes the buttons worked when I pressed hard. I cannot find water inside the button. I had to type this question using an on-screen keyboard. Please help…
Peter, not sure how much water you did spill, but you want to make sure that you do not shorten out your motherboard. It is possible the you shorted out the keyboard and most likely you will have to replace it. If you tell us what model Toshiba you have, we may be able to help you with that. Please do remember that Toshiba treats its service manuals and repair directions with utmost secrecy.
