ifiit.com a very helpful website and has given me the confidence to purchase and install a new battery. However, from the information provided I’m not able to positively identify that I’m selecting the correct battery for my device. Any help with ensuring that I select the right batter would be appreciated. Mine is a macbookpro5,5 and I think the right battery is the MacBook Pro 13" Unibody Battery, product IF163-019-1. From the online info I’m not seeing a 2.26 GHz match in the info. Thanks,

Solved: MacBook Pro 13" Unibody Mid 2009 Repair indicates that this is model is a Mid 2009 Model A1278 2.26 GHz Core 2 Duo processor.
