Phone downloads update restarts then stops a t 30% …. Also phone doesn’t read SD card… Searched for a fix for a few months now hope this isn’t a waste of time.
Download and install Samsung Smart Switch to your computer. It will automatically detect your phone and any software updates available. You can then choose to download and install the update. http://www.samsung.com/us/support/owners… Its a much more reliable way of doing it than accepting OTAs.
