I opened my laptop this morning, noticed what I thought was a scratch in the bottom of the plate wiped it, saw that it was actually a crack. place I brought it from don’t offer accidental damage repairs anymore (it wasn’t from Apple but a tech store near where I live) what should I do?
For now apply some tape over the area to control the fragments from shifting. If the area gets bigger you’ll need to get the chin plate replaced.
