Screen of tv is grey, not completely black. Sound is on. Works with remote.
Hi @loisk , Totally disconnect the power from the TV and don’t try to turn it on again, so as to prevent any further damage occurring to it. Then press and hold the power button on the TV for 15 seconds to remove any residual power from the TV (or turn on the Power switch on the TV and then turn it off after 15 seconds - you don’t state the model number of your TV ;-) Next remove the back cover off the TV and inspect the boards for any damage to the components, such as signs of heat stress (burnt out) or physical damage caused by the water entering the TV. If you do see signs of damage, post some close up images back here and hopefully someone wlll help you further. Here’s how to do this.
