i have a bunch of issues with this phone so i will ist the issues here: Wont record video on either camera, pictures work phone. already replaced camera with known good one. randomly says in headphone mode, already tried new charging port very slow, cant even play a simple game. could i just reflow the board and see if that fixes it or should i just live with it?
I would not encourage you to reflow the logic board. The component density is vey high, the pcb is very thin and multi-layered and the components are very tiny. Applying heat without knowing what you are doing is a recipe for disaster. You could easily blow SMD passives off the board (if using hot air) and/or cause solder ball explosions or shorts on the underfill-secured IC’s or damage to surrounding IC’s.
